What’s in a New Year?

Here it is: a new year of life! No, it’s not Jan 1. But it is my birthday, and the beginning of a new year on my timetable. 28 years lived, eternity to go.

What’s in a new year? A chance to reassess, reexamine, reconsider. An opportunity to reflect, change some things, and move on from others. A time for renewal, revival, vision.

I’m pondering what the new year will bring, excited to welcome it and at peace with where it’s going to go. I hope you can say the same.
